Entrants in the UK or Ireland are invited to submit an English translation of a published poem from any language, ancient or modern, together with a commentary of no more than 300 words. Translations up to 60 lines long are welcomed, and extracts are accepted. Prizes range from £100, up to £1000 for first place in the open competition. There are three categories in the main prize: Open (adult), 18-and-under and 14-and-under, and the Polish Spotlight returns for a second year running for entrants aged 18-and-under. The closing date for entires is 12 July.
