Individual copies of the Association for Language Learning’s flagship magazine for teachers of languages – Languages Today – are now available as e-Publications for just £7.99 a copy.

The Autumn 2018 edition is entitled ‘Lend an Ear’ and is packed full of ideas to support the skill of listening in the languages classroom. Highlights include Paco Fernandez talking about MFL Music Mania in Focus (page 12), Lisa Stevens and Laura Simons walking us through their suggestions for listening activities in My Best 10 (page 18), and Liz Black and Carol Hughes writing an extended piece about listening, presenting five key ideas for readers to explore. In her primary blog, (page 16), Clare Seccombe talks about the National Curriculum requirements for KS2 language learners and provides a number of suggested activities for primary teachers to trial.
